The whole experience, atmosphere, service, rooms and food were excellent. It is a little far from the airport and I would like have liked some advice on travelling to the hotel/ offer of a car to meet us.

The hotel is very handy for walking to many of the sites. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made our short stay a very happy one. I will certainly recomend this hotel.

Our only critism is that the rooms are small - definitely upgrade if you can - the 'bigger' rooms are still quite tight on space tho'. Lovely breakfasts and pleasant bar area.

Ideal location for walking to Spanish Steps, shopping, restaurants. Area nice and quiet immediately outside the hotel. Easy to catch the underground train to travel further across Rome.

There was no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room. Other than that the hotel was fantastic.

There were a number of restaurants close to the hotel which severved excellent food cost was around the centre of London prices. Take the guided tour of the Colosseum

We were chraged 8euro for a pot of boiling water in our room. The breakfast arrangments were not explained, we were charged 4euro to have a lemon squeezed. There was no hotel information in the room relating to breakfast times etc. We booked to celebrate our engagement and expected 4star, I came away disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone. One girl at reception, Diana was the only really accommodating member of staff. When we questioned fee for the squeezed lemon, we were told "I just work here, I don't make the rules"

The standard rooms are very small. There is no where to put luggage and if you want to watch the television you have to open the wardrobe doors !
